Jazz
Dance levels 1 & 2
This class
teaches basic jazz dance technique, leaps, turns and
choreography. Style
varies from Broadway Jazz to Music Video.

This
class is for dancers who dream of being on Broadway, in a music video
or just want to get some exercise while learning jazz technique. We
will do a warm-up, then progressions across the floor, and finish
with a short dance combination. Levels 1 through 3.

Groove Freeform Dance
Ceremonial
Dance Medicine Class. This class is for adults who need to
let go and let God/dess! Release physical and emotional stress
through ecstatic movement and trance dance. Gabrielle Roth
- 5 Rhythms inspired.

Initiation
This
is for teens only! Movement, art, 
discussion
and ceremony will create a safe space for teens to move through the
initiation of hormonal surges, emotional roller coasters, relationship
trauma and more. Release, relax and rejuvinate for school on
Monday!
Inspira-El
Dance Company
Director and Creatrix, Ra-el Corsini, has gathered an "audition
only" dance company in Mt. Shasta, CA. This company gifts dancers
with an opportunity to connect, create, expand and perform various styles
of dance, including: Jazz, Tribal, Modern,
Ballet,
Bellydance, Irish, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre and more! Consisting
of pre-teens through adults, this dance company performs
throughout Siskiyou County to 
bring
education and mind expansion, as well as entertainment to audiences of
all ages. There are many dance classes in the Mt. Shasta area,
such as Nuria's Dance Academy, Siskiyou Dance Company, Mt. Shasta City
Dance
Theatre, and the
Pilates Center of Mt. Shasta, all with very different styles, teaching
techniques and types of classes.
Inspira-el
Dance Company of the Flying Lotus Movement Center, gives
students from all the dance schools the option to work together
and in harmony, 
and
is also an excellent bridge to expand styles of choreography, allowing
venues for students to choreograph and perform their own dances.
Inspira-el
Dance Company members dance for a purpose...it's for more than just
the glitz and glamour! 
Fundraising
events consist of performances packed with a variety of movement
styles to keep the audience engaged and grateful to have such delightful
local talent. Funds that are collected go towards sponsorships
of orphanage's in Nepal and India, local families and/or animals
in need, families in need in Kosova and costuming and production
costs.
Mandatory
Friday classes:
This mandatory class creates creation and rehearsal time for all Inspira-el
Dance Company members.
Teens: 5:30 - 7 pm
Wednesday: 5:30 - 6:30 pm - Jazz Level 2 class is also required.

Bellydance
Basics - Level -1
This
is a class for woman and men of all ages, who would like to learn
the basics of Middle Eastern dance. We focus on the basic isolations,
postures, and movements that create the foundation of this ancient
art form. Dancing on this foundation, we can begin to explore
our connection with the Divine Feminine through our bodies - our
bellies.

From the
foundation created in Level-1,
this
class begins to explore variations
on the basic isolations and
postures of Middle Eastern dance. In addition, this class
brings arms and moving across the floor into play. Always
we move from our bellies as the seat of our creativity and expression!

A
Little about Myself~
My name is Caroline, I'm 18 years of age, and I love ballet and
children! I've been taking ballet lessons on & off my whole
life, but have gotten serious and passionate about it in the
last 3 & a half years. I love to perform, and have been in
such productions as "Dancing with Cranes," "Thumbelina," "Aladdin," and
other ballet variety shows with Theatre Street Dance in Yreka,
CA. I'm still a student with Theatre Street Dance, but I want
to teach children beginning ballet as I'm still learning. I feel
that ballet is a beautiful art that has benefited me greatly
in my life, and could benefit many others too with its movements,
grace, and beauty. I want to teach children ballet because I
believe it can be fun and soothing, physically, mentally, and
spiritually for them. I want to bring lots of joy to the children
I dance with!
Class description~
The class I shall teach is a beginning ballet class for children
aged 7-11. It will teach them the simple, basic movements of
ballet and how to flow with music. The class will include stretching,
barre exercises, center floor exercises, ballet-themed games,
and a free style dance at the end of each class for everyone
to express themselves in whatever way they want to move.

Metamorphosis
Movement & Art for Couples
This
workshop is for all couples desiring deeper communication, trust
and healing, forgiveness and empowerment. It
is highly recommended for pregnant couples to work through this
